He married his childhood sweetheart Doris on September 15, 1956 and they enjoyed 56 years together. Guy started working with his dad at the Haywood garage for many years as an auto mechanic. In 1967 he changed his career and became a Millwright and worked on various projects throughout Manitoba and Canada until his retirement. Dad really enjoyed the outdoors by spending time fishing, hunting and camping. Most importantly he loved spending time with family and friends and later with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He had a great sense of humor, enjoyed a good joke and was a joker himself. Some will remember him by his comments.
Dad you'll be remembered forever!
