With great sadness we announce the sudden death of Trish MacDonald on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 49.
Trish was predeceased by her father Yosh and is survived by her son Cody, daughter Kimberly and their father Doug MacDonald all of Calgary; mother Bernice Tashirio of Portage la Prairie; brother Rob (Karen) Tashiro, nephew Ryan and niece Midori all of Winnipeg; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins and their families and the extended MacDonald family.
Trish was born and raised in Portage, taking her schooling here and graduating from PCI. She then took her LPN at St. Boniface and her RN at Red River School of Nursing and enjoyed much of her career in Calgary, Alberta.
Memorial Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 2:00 pm led by Rev John Zondag. Interment is to follow at Hillside Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Trish's memory to First Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 17 Royal Road S., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 1T8.
