Richard Arthur Zihrul
It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Richard Zihrul on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 71 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Lisa (nee Belliveau); daughter Michelle; grandchildren Beckkie and Garrett; brother Tom (Gerry) and numerous family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Art and Elsie Zihrul; first wife Darlene (nee Nahnybida) and sister Audrey Haier.
A private family burial will take place in Dauphin, MB at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Richard’s memory to the Prairie Bowhunters Archery Club, c/o Chad Smith Portage La Prairie, MB or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba – Portage Office, 103 Wilkinson Crescent, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 1A7.
