Raymond "Harry" Bray

Peacefully on Sunday, September 1, 2019, Harris “Harry” Bray passed away at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 85 years.

He was predeceased by his wife Ann Bray (2011); partner Maelene McMichael (2019); parents Deac and Betty Bray and sister-in-law Janet (Pierre) Genest.  Harry will be lovingly remembered by his children Betty Ann (Joseph) Henderson of Portage la Prairie, Raymond Bray of Regina and Kelly Bray of Altanta, Georgia; grandchildren Lori, Richard (Jessica), Kayla and Allison; great-grandchildren Cassie, Lexi and Emily;  sister-in-law Elizabeth (Robert) Poulsen; extended family and friends.

A private family service will be held at a later date at the Columbarium at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Harry’s memory to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #65, 275 Duke Ave, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 3A7 or Portage Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), 121 12th St. NE, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4A2.
