Megann McCowan

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Megann McCowan on Monday, May 17, 2021 at the age of 36 years.

She will be forever missed and loved by her spouse for over 18 years, Thomas Neudorf. Megann also leaves behind her father Glen McCowan, sister Tasha (Alan) Horran, niece Taylor, parents-in-laws Albert (Evelyn) Neudorf, brothers-in law Lyle (Odile) Neudorf and Jed (Kalene) Neudorf, along with Glen’s family, uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and all her friends who got to know her over the years.  Megann will be greatly missed by Frans Antonissen, with whom she shared a very long and special friendship.  She was also much loved by her aunt Debbie and uncle Lou Antonissen.

Anyone that knew Megann had the same thoughts, she had the warmest soul and the sweetest heart no matter if she knew you or just meeting you for the first time. Her red head sass could come out but behind it was a heart of gold.

You will be forever missed, Megann. Love from all.

A private service will be held with interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens - Columbarium.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in Megann’s memory to Portage Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), 121 12th St. NE, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4A2.
