Mary Jane was born in Swan Lake on August 19, 1940. She passed away with family by her side on June 7, 2019.

Mary Jane leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her loving memory: her daughters Candice, Natasha, Justine, Betty & Anna; her son Lawrence; special grandchildren Easton and Sumer Lily; foster children Melanie Shorting & April Moose; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many friends and relatives.

She was predeceased by her parents John and Gladys Daniels, brothers, George, Herbie & Thomas; her sisters, Annie, Jean, Lillian & Nellie and half-brother, Alex Contois; daughter, Doreen Roulette and special granddaughter, Samantha Daniels.

Traditional Wake will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Long Plain Spirit Lodge. Traditional Feast & Service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Dauphin Myerion Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Dion Daniels, Jason Daniels, Jerry K. Daniels, Cory-Ray Meeches, Harry J. Myran and Mike Moose. Honorary Pallbearers are all Mary Jane’s grandchildren.
