It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Dayholos on Saturday, March 22, 2025, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her children Margaret (Kevin) Chapdelaine, Julie Dayholos, Ronald Dayholos; grandchildren Nicole (Wayne), Natasha (Jacob), Hailey, Hunter and sister Annie Kashmere of Regina, SK. She is predeceased by her husband Harry, parents Andrew and Euphemia Bujaczek and in-laws Annie and Nicolas Dayholos, brothers Paul Bujaczek, John Bujaczek and Theodore Bujaczek.
Mary was born in Kipling Saskatchewan where she grew up on the family farm and worked at the town restaurant where she met Harry the love of her life. They were married October 22, 1959 and moved to Glenella, Manitoba where they started their family.
Mary was an extraordinary woman who touched many lives. She chose to live her life through acts of generosity and kindness providing to those around her. She loved to garden and was very proud of her vegetables and flowers and was also an exceptional cook. During the winter she loved to curl as she got older enjoyed watching it on the TV. Always a socializer she also worked at Robins Donuts were she enjoyed meeting and conversing with friends and costumers. After retirement Mary and her cherished Harry enjoyed travelling, bingo, going on casino bus trips and visiting with their children and grand kids.
A dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother she will be greatly missed.
At Mary’s request there will be a private immediate family interment.
