On Thursday, May 26, 2011, Marion Kirk passed on peacefully in the presence of her family at the Douglas Campbell Lodge in Portage la Prairie, MB (formerly from Hamoita, MB) at the age of 83 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Wilmer Kirk and her parents Robert and Edith Watt. Marion is survived be her loving son Greg of Portage la Praire; daughter Glenda Kingsbury (Gary); granddaughter Amber Clark (Chad); granddaughter Kristy Kingsbury (fiancAC.e Troy Lang); great-grandchildren MacKenzie and Ryan Clark all of Regina; sister Roberta Purdey (Donald) of Winnipeg; nephew Brian Purdey (Jill) and their sons Robert and Michael all of Vancouver; nephew Douglas Purdey (Lorraine) of Winnipeg and their children Dianna of Winnipeg and Matthew Purdey (Trisiana) of Jakarta, Indonesia.
A Memorial Service will be held in Hamiota, Manitoba later this summer.
