With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Marge Panko with family by her side on Sunday, August 7, 2016, at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 81 years.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Mariah Gladue; son Michael John and numerous family members. Left to cherish Marge’s memory are her children Alan, Randy and Michele and their families. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life.
Marge lived her life for the joy of family, nature and the freedom to enjoy both. Marge touched many lives through the store and the many activities and groups she enjoyed.
There will be a private celebration of Marge’s life with her family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marge’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba – Portage Office, 103 Wilkinson Crescent, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 1A7.
