Madison Guy

Madison Guy was born sleeping on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Portage District General Hospital.

She was greeted in heaven by her great grandparents Vera Matheson, Irma Ostopowich, Phyllis and Bill Guy as well as many other extended family.

Madison will be missed deeply by her parents Stephanie Oliver and Devin Guy; grandparents Brenda and Brad Guy, Heather Oliver and Jason Kreutzer;  aunties Tiana (Tanner) Guy and Harper Kreutzer; great-grandparents Ed and Connie Ostopowich, Lawrence Oliver, Ted Matheson, Arthur and Dorothy Gladue ; great-great-grandparents  Ida Lamirande, Ruth and Doug Gray, Sophie Ostopowich; and several great aunties, uncles and cousins.

There will be a private family funeral service with interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  Family and friends are invited to come to the reception on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Trimble Room at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel.

Stephanie and Devin would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Portage District General Hospital, for their compassion and support.
