It is with sadness and fond memories that we announce the passing of Lori Patricia Chartier (nee Meger). Peacefully and with family by her side Lori passed away at the Portage District General Hospital on June 27th, 2013.

Lori will be remembered in the hearts of her two sons; Jeffrey (fiancé Nicole) and Matthew (wife Patricia); her two grandsons Ethan and Owen; sisters Christine (husband Allan), Stacey (husband Gord); brother Larry; nieces and nephews and her special friends Bill and Jean.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral service.

Should family or friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Portage District General Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care Unit, 524 Fifth St.SE, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 3A8
