It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Linda Taylor on July 7, 2022 at the age of 73 years after a brief battle with cancer.
Linda was born in Rosetown, SK on December 5, 1948. She married her husband Larry on August 20, 1966. Linda worked at Toronto Dominion Bank in Wolsley, SK, Kenton, MB and Swan River, MB, and later ran a home daycare. Linda loved to spend time with family, friends and her pets. Linda was quick to make friends wherever she went. She had a love for camping, riding quads, travelling, football and spending time with her grandchildren.
Linda was predeceased by her parents Lorna (nee Howey) and Ray Adair of Harris, SK, and her son, John Taylor of Chauvin, AB.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Taylor of Portage la Prairie, MB; children, Jordan (Dana), Scott and Colleen all of Portage la Prairie, MB; grandchildren, Chassidy, Lane and Quinn Taylor; great granddaughter Gillian; brother Chris (Donna) Adair of Harris, SK; sisters Mary (Ed) Bedford of Glenboro, MB and Susan (Randy) Hunter of Harris, SK, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Linda will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A come and go celebration of Linda’s life will be held at the Portage Legion Hall from 2:00 – 4:00 pm on Friday, July 15, 2022. Private family interment will take place at Hillside Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda’s memory to Portage Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), 121 12th St. NE, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4A2.
