We are sad to announce the accidental death of Les Grantham on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the age of 40 years.
Left to mourn Les' passing are his mother Doreen; father Oliver; sisters Nadine Werbiski, Wendy (Mike) Ettinger and Tammy (Ramsay) Grantham; nephews Kyle, Keith and Kory.
Les was born in Portage la Prairie and resided in the NWT and Northern Alberta as a child. He became a truck driver at 18 years old and accomplished over 1 million miles with his 2 best friends, His Truck and his dog Bear. Les had a great sense of humor, he loved to laugh and tease.
Visitation and viewing will take place on Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 7 pm to 8 pm at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel. Memorial Service will take place on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 1:30 pm at McKenzies United Church, 85 11th Street NW.
As expressions of sympathy, if friends wish, donations may be made Les's memory to the charity of one's choice.
