With sadness we announce that Kelsey Roulette passed into the spirit world on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the age of 28 years.

Left to cherish Kelsey’s memory are her mom Carolyne, siblings Ryan (Morgan), Samantha, Clifford, Her twin Kyle, Darryl (Madelyn), Darren and Michael, special cousin Willy and special friend Grant as well as numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  She was predeceased by her dad Clifford McCorrister, and grandparents Gloria Roulette and Ted Vivian, as well as many extended relatives.

Kelsey was born in Winnipeg, and spent her life there. She was kind and loving, and was always quick to help anyone out. Kelsey loved her nieces and nephews dearly,  and spoiled them every chance she got. She also enjoyed traditional sewing and crafting, she loved beading and making ribbon skirts.

Miigwetch to the staff at Turning Leaf for their support throughout this time, and for the care they showed Kelsey.

A viewing will be held at Aboriginal Funeral Home, 724 Selkirk Ave, Winnipeg, MB from 1:00 – 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.

Wake will take place at Long Plain Spirit Lodge on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 4:00 pm.  Feast and Ceremony will be held at Long Plain Spirit Lodge on Thursday, September 23, 2021 beginning at noon followed by burial at the Long Plain Cemetery.
