It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow, that the family of Jessica Diane Catherine Clark regrets to announce the passing of a great soul, loving mother, cherished daughter, sister, auntie, and friend.
Jessica leaves to mourn her precious 3 children, Summer Clark, Noah Hulme, and Zailey-Anne Hulme, and loving co-parent Vince Hulme of Portage la Prairie, MB. She will be desperately missed by her mother Candace Wiens of Portage la Prairie Mb, father Dave Clark (stepmother Michele) of Fenelon Falls, ON., brothers Jon Beaton (Brittany) and Chad Beaton of Portage la Prairie, MB, stepbrother Griffin Deak of Fenelon Falls and her best friend Tamara; as well as multiple nieces and nephews she held close to her heart.
Jessica was born December 1st, 1991, in Portage la Prairie, MB and grew up making her family and friends her number one concern. It brought Jessica joy knowing that she could take care of family while still involving herself as a friend in the lives of those who she loved the most. Jessica made us laugh, she was silly, and even if she found something negative, she would always try to make those things a bit easier for all of us. She was adventurous, calm, and when someone needed to be defended, she stood up for them.
Jessica loved her family; her mother who she had a close bond with, which could not be broken even in the toughest of times. She grew up learning from her dad the importance of an education and teaching and made it her goal to one day follow in his footsteps. She was an exceptional mother to her children and in earlier years, created a loving home for her family. She stuck by her friends through high school and put every ounce of energy into building her friends into family. She never missed an opportunity to hit the dance floor and at the end of a long night she acted like a mother bear and counted heads to make sure they all came back to a safe place with her.
Jessica experienced life to the fullest and opened her heart to many new experiences as well as challenges. She will be forever missed by more people than she will ever know, and we choose to honor her memory by speaking the truth of who she was; Brave, Funny, Patient, Loving, Kind, Generous, Unforgettable and most of all Courageous. We love you, Jess. We are sure that everyone reading this will have something good to say of their own from their own experiences with you, and we hope each of you will hold onto those memories for themselves. Thanks for sharing yourself with so many. We'll miss you.
