Jerrette Myron

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Jerrette Myron left us on August 2nd, 2021.

Jerrette was born on March 3rd, 1979 to the late James Vivier and Ruth Myron in Portage la Prairie, MB. As soon as he could walk he was on hockey skates and lived for his travel hockey. He lived, breathed, and dreamed hockey, playing until his teen years.  As a young adult he was resourceful and had an entrepreneurial spirit. An avid sports fan he enjoyed wagering on basketball, football, hockey, and of course took his chances at the slots when he could.

Jerrette will be greatly missed by his children; Mercedes Starr, Isaiah Myron, Sienna Mousseau, Darius Myron, Ezraiah Myron; his siblings; Sharee Fischer, Jaime Meeches, Duane Roulette, James Vivier, Chantel Vivier. He was preceded in death by daughter Aurora Myron, sibling Jeremy Meeches, Kelly Vivier, parents James Vivier, Ruth Myron, and Mary Myran (Koo koo), nephew Ashton Meeches, and close cousin, Renee Roulette.

A visitation service will begin at 12:00pm Saturday August 7, 2021 at the Long Plain Spirit Lodge followed by burial at the William Myran Cemetery.
