Jean Prince, age 64, of Rossendale, MB died Sunday February 21, 2016 with 3 of her children at her bedside at the Portage District General Hospital.
Jean is survived by her children Jackie (Les) McLennan, Herb (Jeanette) Prince, Cindy Prince and Faline Linklater, grandchildren Alex, Katrina, Angel, Donovan, Nicolas, Serenity, Heaven and Harmony, great grandson Elijah, brothers Doug (Helen) Prince, Simon (Garda) Prince and Larry (Liz) Prince and sisters-in-law Donna Prince and Florine Prince.
Jean was predeceased by her parents Doreen Prince (nee Longclaws) and Rufus Prince, ex-husband Eugene Ledoux, brothers Dennis Prince and Steve Prince and nephew Kirt Prince.
A wake will be held at the Spirit Lodge on Long Plain First Nation at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday February 24, 2016. A Christian service will be held at the Spirit Lodge at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016. Burial to follow in the Prince Longclaws Cemetery.
