Illa Prince

With great sadness we announce that Illa Prince, beloved daughter of Anastasia Gabriel and Bradley Prince was born to the spirit world on March 18, 2020.

Left to mourn Illa’s passing are her parents, Anastasia and Bradley, grandparents Wendy and Irvin, Koko Myrna and Grandpa Cory, great grandparents Valerie and Big Papa Dennis, great-great grandparents Ethel Larkins and Arthur, aunties Brook, Kattey, Mariel, Riki and Jr., uncles Anthony (Charliegh), Dawson, Aaron, Leland, Memphis, Kane, McKinley, Joaquin, Jonha, Kelly and Joey, as well as numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, kokos and grandpas.

Illa was predeceased by her Grandpa Ken, Koko Shirley, Big Koko Mary, Great Grandma Marlene, Great Grandpa Joe and Uncles Dorian and Brian.

A viewing and visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel. A private family service will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Sandy Bay First Nation on Saturday, March 21, 2020. Burial will follow at Amaranth Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Aaron Orr, Lelend Gabriel, Joey Prince and Kelly Prince. Honorary Pallbearers are Anthony Orr-Roulette, Memphis Gabriel, Dawson Orr-Roulette, Dene Prince, Brandon Chen, Parker Chen and all family and friends.
