We regret to announce the passing of Ian Logan on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 78 years.
Ian was predeceased by his parents Alexander & Mary Logan; his half brothers and sisters Alexander (Laura) Logan, James (Mary) Logan, George Logan and Margaret (Norman) Wunder. He is survived by his sister-in-law Laura (George) Logan and niece Maureen (Ralph) Johnson and many other nieces and nephews.
Ian grew up at Sheho, Sk. and graduated from Foam-Lake Unit Composite School. Master Corporal Ian Logan, CD, spent 31 years (1959-1990) in service to Canada and the Canadian Forces.
Ian will be missed on the walking trails by his Portage la Prairie family of the heart and his coffee groups as well as his niece Maureen, school friend Gerald and all of the Logan families.
Cremation has taken place and his ashes will be interred at a later date.
