Grace Darlene Chermishnok-Cohen

Peacefully at home with her daughter Valanne and grandson Tyson by her side Darlene went to greet her loved one’s on other side on December 28, 2023 at the age of 81 years.

Darlene was predeceased by her husband Gordon, sister Hazel (Ernest) Wenham, Mac (Lil) Bird, Bert (Fern) Bird, Everett (Lyla) Bird.  She left behind the greatest people in her life, her son Vince (Jim) Chermishnok, daughter Valanne Chermishnok, grandson Tyson Chermishnok, her 4 legged boss Purshoe, along with many nieces, nephews, family, extended family and friends.

A heart filled thank you to the Palliative Care team, Home Care, Dr. Lewis, and many more medical professionals.

A celebration of life will be held at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 1:00pm.  Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
