Frank Tecza

Suddenly on Thursday, August 18, 2011, Frank Tecza passed away after a massive heart attack while visiting his daughter in Ontario at the age of 93 years.

He was predeceased by his wife Valerie and is survived by his children Mary (Greig) Hand and Rudy (Phyllis). He is also survived by grandchildren (Mary's children): Anne Marie (Rasmus), Courtney and Greig (Lori); (Rudy's children) Alison and Justin. Also his great-grandchildren: (Greig's daughter) Ava, (Anne Marie's son) Noah and (Alison's son) Brandon.

Frank emigrated to Canada in 1949 and worked at Brown & Lawrey for 15 years. He established Tecza Mercury Lincoln, which became a successful dealership for many years.

He touched many people's lives and will be missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 11:00 am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Celebrant Father Eric Giddins. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery.
