Elizabeth "Betty" Walsh

Peacefully, with family by her side, we are saddened to announce the passing of Elizabeth “Betty” Walsh, of Thompson, Manitoba. Betty peacefully passed at the Brandon Regional Hospital on December 21, 2024 at the age of 71.

Betty will lovingly be remembered by her sisters Genevieve Chaput of Hanmer, Ontario, Mary Bourguignon (Yvon) of Winnipeg Manitoba, and Nellie Clarke of Capreol, Ontario; brother John Walsh of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Betty will also be sadly missed by extended family; her brother-in-law Micheal Maloney of Chelmsford, Ontario, as well as many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces and friends.

Betty was predeceased by her mother Johanna (1977), father John (1989), brother Steve (2015) and sister Anna (2019).

Cremation has taken place with a private family celebration of life and interment to follow at a later date.
