Douglas Blaine Heselwood
On Saturday, February 19, 2011, Doug passed away, at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 58 years.
Doug was predeceased by his mother Ilene Cameron and sisters Diane Bruneau and Florence Case. He leaves behind his special friend Hazel Desjardin; daughter Belinda Ann; son Doug Heselwood; grandson Nicholas Heselwood; uncle Ray Bruneau; aunt Grace Heselwood; nephew Donnie Bruneau and many nieces and nephews.
Doug was retired from a long career with the City of Portage. He loved fishing and camping and was an easy going person. He was a long time member of the Army and Navy.
Viewing and a time of visitation will take place Thursday February 24, 2011 at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel from 7:00 pm a�" 8:00 pm. Celebration of Doug's life will be held at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel on Friday February 25, 2011 at 1:00 pm led by Rev. Chuck Ross.
