Word has been received of the peaceful passing of Chelsea Dawn Barley. Chelsea was predeceased by her grandparents Frank and Loreen Barley and is survived by her daughter Kylee; parents Bill and Cori Barley; sister Kara Barley; niece Zoie; brother Dexter Barley; special friend Todd Kluthe; grandparents Harvey and Sheila Fraser; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial service to celebrate Chelsea's life will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel at 2:00 pm led by Rev. Julie Baker. A reception will follow the service.
