We regret to announce the sudden passing of Ben Garnham on his way home on June 17, 2014 at the age of 54 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Sally; sons Dan and David Garnham; father James; siblings Gwen Armishaw, Don Garnham, Brenda Muckley, Myrna (Roy) Dezeng and Marge (Victor) Smoke; many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Pearl; brother Ron and brother-in-law Bill.
Ben was a very quiet man that enjoyed just sitting back and listening to his family and friends enjoy life. He spent his free time travelling, enjoying social times and music with many friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 4, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Evergreen Memorial Gardens on Cottonwood Drive Portage la Prairie, MB.
As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Ben’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba – Portage Office, 103 Wilkinson Crescent, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 1A7.
