Peacefully, after a brief battle with cancer, on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at the Portage and District General Hospital, Art Miller passed away at the age of 71 years.
Art leaves behind his children a�" Danny (Kit), Mitch (Alana), and Allan; grandchildren a�" Kelsey, Breanna, Reese, Mackenzie, Kari, Matt, Riley and Cam. He will also be missed by family and friends too numerous to mention.
Art was reflecting recently upon how enjoyable of a life he led between hockey, baseball, hunting and fishing in his younger days to the importance of farming with his family and enjoying his grandchildren and of course "man's best friend" a�" his dogs.
Following with Art's wishes, cremation has taken place with a private graveside service to follow at a later date.
