Ann was known for speaking her mind. She enjoyed many fun times playing with her grandchildren, racing, water fights, going to the beach, and who would ever forget all the huge bonfires with grandma's home baked beans, roasted hot dogs, marshmallows, and chocolate cup cakes.

Ann accepted Jesus as her Lord and Saviour on November 16, 1947. She loved, trusted and served Him faithfully. He was her constant strength. She was known as a faithful prayer warrior and an example for us all. All her children and grandchildren have been the recipient of her prayers and support.

A service of celebration, conducted by her grandchildren was held on January 26, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, followed by a private interment at Burnside Cemetery.
