Anne Millie Hickey
Peacefully on March 29th 2011 at the Portage District General Hospital, Anne Millie Hickey passed away at the age of 51.
Ann was born in Germany on July 4th 1959. Shortly after Anne's birth the family made the moved back to Canada and settled in Shilo, Manitoba. Anne was preceded by her parents Millie of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Edward Hickey of Shilo, Manitoba. Anne is survived by her brothers Edward Hickey of Sechelt, B.C, and Kevin Hickey of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Anne also leaves to mourn her many loving friends she has made at the Manitoba Developmental Center.
Anne had a unique personality that was easily read by her face. Her expressions along with her smile would brighten your day. Over the years Anne made several areas her home and met several people along her journey. Anne was well known throughout the Centre and she will be forever cherished in our memories.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 7th 2011 at 1:30 pm, at the Aspen Center, MDC, Portage la Prairie.
